The Rhythm and shoes dance academy is a fantastic dance school which my daughter has been coming to since the age of 4. Emily started off doing street dance 3 years ago and absolutely loves it. Emily has had the opportunity to do her rosette exams twice and do a a charity show at the Georgian theatre. Recently she has started ballet and has passed her exam in so little time fantastic. I would highly recommend The Rhythm and shoes dance academy from a early age and up. Louise and Mrs Richmond are fantastic teachers and very good with the children.

I thoroughly enjoy our tap lessons with Louise, it always makes me smile, I look forward to the lessons. I am thrilled to bits to have passed my first tap exam, highly commended, age 56, having had no previous dance experience at all, I can’t thank you enough.

My little girl joined rhythm and shoes 18 months ago for ballet she has loved every minute and added acrobatics, tap and modern which she really enjoys. My little girl has grown in confidence so much and has preformed at the Christmas market and recently taken part in a show at the Georgian Theatre as well as completing her rosettes exams. Louise is fantastic with my little girl and really cares and shows great pride in her dancers and a real credit to the dance school.

I was a bit apprehensive starting back after 10+ years, however as soon as I walked through the door to my first class, the warmth and friendliness from both Louise and Hazel made me feel like we were old friends. The dance classes are always fun, with lots of new challenges being thrown at us, including exams, as well as fun routines interspersed with anecdotes from their vast experience of different age group classes.
